Putting my Irishness to the test:

Mudslide Shooter
1/2 ounce vodka

1/2 ounce Kahlua

1/2 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream

In which I triple the recipe. Mmmm.

I had to change out of my “Everyone loves an Irish girl” shirt because while making rice krispie treats, I somehow managed to get melted marshmallow on my right breast.


I can’t stop laughing at this picture. Even though it looks like Dumpling and I are on a roller coaster, we aren’t. (Rumor has it that Dumpling looks like his Dad in this pic. . . Is it true, Al?)
