It's not even a case of having to be perfect, you just have to act like it. I honestly think that having confidence in yourself is just a habit. Your self doubting is a habit. Make a conscious effort to be confident and it will eventually become a habit. You can get that job! If you're a person who likes to be challanged then I think you'll inevitably end up in the not-so-easy option. I know everyone else will say have faith and take the plunge, but I'm a wimp and quite honestly I know I wouldn't do it. <i>But</i> whenever I've done the hard thing and made the leap I've always known when to do it.
